This notice is issued under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, "LFPDPPP") and its regulations.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Milele is a brand of Correa Wilson & Company, S.A.S. de C.V. ("Correa Wilson & Company", "we", "us"), a Mexican law firm that acts as the responsable — the data controller — for the personal data collected through milelemexico.com.

2. What personal data we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and, if you engage us, to provide legal services. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.
- ◆Identification and contact data you submit voluntarily through our contact form, WhatsApp or email: name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
- ◆Enquiry data you choose to share: the destination you are interested in, your stage in the buying process, budget range and timeline.
- ◆Technical data generated automatically when you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring source, collected through our hosting provider and analytics tools.
3. Why we use it (primary purposes)
These purposes are necessary for the legal relationship between us. Without them we cannot respond to you:
- ◆To respond to your enquiry and provide the free initial consultation.
- ◆To send you the buyer's checklist and any material you expressly request.
- ◆To assess a potential engagement, prepare a proposal and, where applicable, provide legal and concierge services.
- ◆To comply with our professional, accounting and legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering identification duties where a transaction requires them.
- ◆To keep records of our communications for the defence of our legal position.
4. Secondary purposes
With your consent, we may also use your contact data to send you guides, market updates and information about our services. These purposes are not necessary for the relationship between us — you may refuse them now or withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the service you receive.

5. Data sharing and transfers
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may transfer or grant access to it only in the following cases, and only to the extent necessary:

- ◆Professional third parties strictly required to complete a transaction you have instructed: notaries public, trustee banks, appraisers, translators and correspondent counsel.
- ◆Authorities, where required by law, court order or a competent authority's lawful request.
6. Your ARCO rights
You have the right at any time to access your personal data, rectify it when inaccurate, cancel it when you believe it is not being used in accordance with this notice, and object to its use for specific purposes — collectively, your ARCO rights. You may also revoke consent you previously gave and limit the use or disclosure of your data.
To exercise them, send a request to fscw@cwcabogados.com including: your name and a means of contacting you; a document proving your identity or that of your legal representative; a clear description of the data concerned and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the terms set by the LFPDPPP.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the Mexican data protection authority.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies strictly to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it. They do not identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working if you do.
8. Data retention and security
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or for the periods required by professional, tax and legal obligations. We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
9. Attorney–client confidentiality

10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. Any new version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Substantial changes affecting the purposes of processing will be communicated by the contact means you provided.
